Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice timelines.
- Advance payments, milestone payments, or monthly retainers (if applicable) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Delays in payment may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, designs, strategies, frameworks, code, visuals, and materials created by ByteBridge Infotech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as per the agreed terms.
- You may not copy, reuse, resell, or distribute our content or materials without prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner
- Cooperate during project execution for smooth delivery
- Ensure they have rights to any content, images, or data shared with us
ByteBridge Infotech is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete inputs or approvals from the client side.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Business information
- Strategies, pricing, data, and internal documents
- Any non-public information shared during the engagement
This obligation continues even after the termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
ByteBridge Infotech shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Performance fluctuations due to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms to deliver services. ByteBridge Infotech is not responsible for:
- Changes in third-party policies
- Downtime or disruptions caused by external platforms
- Data or performance issues originating from third-party services
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
Upon termination:
- All outstanding dues must be cleared
- Access to ongoing work or assets may be restricted until settlement
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress
